WORKING TIME
- The normal working time for all (Except Drivers & Guards) are 48 hours per week(six days a week except one hour lunch).
- The weekly holidays, others international holidays will follow as per Bangladesh govt. guide lines.
- Maximum working hours is 10 hours, Maximum weekly hours 60 hours, Average per week in a year56 hours.
- The factory does not require on a regularly schedule basis a work week is excess of 60 hours.
- Workers may refuse over time without any threat of penalty, punishment or dismissal.
- For each pay period slip issued to workers before two days for understandable wage statement, which includes days worked, OT hours and its rate/hour, attendance bonus, and grand total.
- The recent growth rate of GROUP WELL is over 25% and such growth in this competitive market is the out come of consistent combination of high quality of products and services as well as top quality marketing efforts.

WORKING HOURS & WEEKLY HOLIDAY'S
- Working Hours : 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Lunch Hours : 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM
- Weekly Holiday : Friday
- Over Time Schedule : Maximum 2 Hours (While Necessary) within Saturday to Thursday
OVER TIME
- Regular Work Day 2 X Basic Hourly Rate
- Holiday (Normal Hours) 2 X Basic Hourly Rate
- Holiday (O.T. Hours) 2 X Basic Hourly Rate
LEAVE FEATURE
- Casual Leave: 10 Days with full Pay.
- Festival Leave: 15 days with full pay
- Annual Leave: 13 Days with Pay. (1 Day for Every 22 Days of Work)
- Sick Leave: 14 days in half pay.
- Maternity Leave: Full pay for 6week or(42 days) before delivery and 6 week or(42days) after delivery at average on daily earning . The employee must be employed 09 month prior to delivery date.
- Emergency Leave: Based on situation for all, especially to new workers.
